How we review

Each review reflects hands-on use of the product over days or weeks, not a single unboxing session. We note what we tested, for how long, and under what conditions directly in the review.

Scores are a judgment call by the reviewer, not a formula. Where we cite a specific number (a battery life, a weight, a measurement), it's something we measured or the manufacturer states — we don't invent metrics to sound authoritative.
